Expertise and Services: Project Governance
A large cutting edge healthcare independent practice association (IPA) needed leadership in effectively managing a large change program made up of various, inter-related workstreams and projects.
The Valde Group took the lead in managing the overall change program. Our team defined and documented each initiative within the program, worked with the client to prioritize each project, identified areas of overlap or impact and leveraged the client’s various subject matter experts. An overall program plan was established that clearly identified inter-dependencies and resource constraints. Our team developed and managed a Senior Management scorecard that enabled leadership to understand status and work through issues.
Our client was able to gain clear insights into all aspects of this complex change program (which contained up to 15 projects, spanning 8 functional areas) and quickly react to issues, prioritize efforts effectively and deploy resources to high value activities.
